  第二部分:關于備忘錄

  信頭:包括To, From, Date和Subject等措詞。To后面接收件人姓名、職務等,from后面接備忘錄寫作者的姓名、職務等,date后寫日期,subject后是備忘錄主要內容的概括性小標題。具體模板如下:

  To: 收文人,如Tom,All Faculty

  From: 發(fā)文人,如Li Ming

  Date: 日期,如January 14th, 2010

  Subject: 主題,如Employee Training

  例如:

  To: All students

  From: Li Ming

  Date: August 10, 2004

  Subject: Journalist Position Available for the Summer Semester

  On behalf of the students newspaper, I am writing this MEMO to inform you that we are going to recruit a new staff. And the details are listed as follows.(寫作意圖/寫此MEMO的目的)(2句,30字)

  Firstly, Applicants should currently be studying at the university, and should preferably have at least two years’ writing experience. Secondly, the successful applicant will be expected to write two articles every week on happenings in the city and on campus. Finally, the position will commence at the end of May and will last through to the end of August. (3句,59字)

  備注:這種模式在考研英語一試題中尚未出現(xiàn)過,所以在考場上出現(xiàn)的概率相對書信而言很低,考前只要了解基本格式即可,正文內容和公務信函一致。
 

  第三部分:關于問題類作文

  從2010到2015英語二考試大作文全部是現(xiàn)象類作文。問題類作文只在2007年考到過,所以該類型命題概率比較低。這類作文模板和現(xiàn)象類的幾乎一樣,首段需要描述圖表,只是中間段的萬能原因不同,尾段需要寫解決方案。考前給大家提供幾個萬能句型略作準備即可。一字不改可以直接照寫。今年命題重點依然是串講中所講的現(xiàn)象類作文。

  萬能原因:

  1. Most people haven’t yet realized how serious the problem has become. (沒意識到嚴重性)

  2. Measures (taken to control the problem) are not effective (enough to restrain the violators).

  (措施無效)

  萬能措施:

  1. Government should lay down strict regulations to punish the violators. (政府立法)

  2. We should organize activities to call on others to guard against the problem consciously.

  (號召他人)
